Server Issues

Server Not Loading
Configuration File Errors

Check JSON syntax in configuration file
Verify Node.js installation: node —version
Test manual installation: npx @browseagent/mcp@latest —debug

Extension Issues

Extension Not Installing
Extension Not Appearing
Connection Failing

Check internet connection
Disable other extensions temporarily
Clear Chrome cache and cookies
Try incognito mode
Restart Chrome browser

Verify MCP server is running
Check server port (default 8765)
Test server manually: npx @browseagent/mcp@latest --debug
Check firewall/antivirus blocking connections
Try restarting Chrome
